SpeedCubeShop WCA North American Championship 2026 game

Effective June 22, 2026

1. Overview

SpeedCubeShop WCA North American Championship 2026 (the "Game") is a free-to-play prediction game hosted on the Losers League platform by Michael W (the "Host"), in partnership with SpeedCubeShop.com (the "Sponsor"). By participating in the Game, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (these "Terms") in addition to the Losers League Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to participate.
You must have an active Losers League account in good standing.
Michael W, their immediate family members, and employees and immediate family members of SpeedCubeShop.com and its affiliates are not eligible to win prizes in this game.
Open to eligible players worldwide, void where prohibited by law.

3. Participation

Participation in the Game is completely free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Picks must be submitted before the posted deadline for each contest. Losers League server time is authoritative for all submission deadlines.
Once submitted, picks cannot be modified or withdrawn after the lock time.
Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

4. Scoring and Results

Scoring follows the rules displayed on the Game page.
For contests based on sporting events or other externally adjudicated outcomes, official results are determined by the Game's designated data source.
For custom contests without an authoritative external source, final results are determined by the Host, whose decision is final.
If a contest event is cancelled, postponed beyond the conclusion of the Game, or otherwise cannot be resolved, that contest will be voided and removed from scoring.

5. Prize

Prize: $50 SpeedCubeShop Gift Card
The Prize is provided and fulfilled by SpeedCubeShop.com. Losers League is the platform on which the Game is hosted and is not responsible for providing, fulfilling, or replacing the Prize.
One (1) Prize will be awarded to the player with the highest final score at the conclusion of the Game, subject to the tie-breaking provisions in the next section.

6. Tie-Breaking

In the event of a tie for first place, a random drawing will be conducted among all tied players to determine the winner.

7. Prize Claim

The winner will be notified through their Losers League account within a reasonable period after the results are final.
The winner must claim the Prize within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed Prizes may be forfeited, and in that case may be awarded to the next eligible player at the discretion of SpeedCubeShop.com.
The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise specified in writing.
SpeedCubeShop.com reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if the original Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
All taxes, fees, shipping costs not covered by SpeedCubeShop.com, and any other costs associated with accepting or using the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Conduct

Participants agree not to use multiple accounts, automated scripts, bots, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage.
The Host and Losers League reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms, the Losers League Terms of Service, or the spirit of fair play. Disqualified participants forfeit any Prize or standing.

9. Publicity

By participating and/or winning, you consent to your Losers League username and in-game activity being displayed on Game leaderboards and elsewhere on the platform, and, where applicable, to being announced as the winner on the platform and in promotional materials by the Host and the Sponsor.

10. Platform Role

Losers League is the platform on which the Game is hosted. Losers League is not the organizer of the Game and is not the provider of the Prize. Questions regarding rules, scoring, or the Prize should be directed to the Host.

11. Cancellation and Force Majeure

The Host or Losers League may cancel, suspend, or modify the Game if it cannot be completed as planned due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, cancellation of underlying events, fraud, or other force majeure events. In the event of cancellation, no Prize is guaranteed and any decision about Prize awarding rests with the Host and, where applicable, the Sponsor.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Losers League and the Host are not liable for any technical failures, connectivity issues, lost or delayed entries, errors in scoring data provided by third parties, or other issues that may affect participation in the Game.

13. Disputes

Disputes regarding the Game's outcome or the Prize should be raised with the Host within 14 days of the Game's conclusion. Platform-level disputes may be escalated to Losers League support.

14. Governing Terms

These Terms are supplemental to and incorporated with the Losers League Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Losers League Terms of Service govern platform-level matters; these Terms govern Game-specific matters.
